Channel Rules

I could put a list of rules out here with "no doing this" or "no saying that", but...   

All you need to remember is: 

• Play nice.

• Keep it civilized. 

  • this means not doing things like harrassing, trashing, exposing other users, etc etc. 

• Agree to disagree. 

• Don't bring up topics that will get anyone in legal trouble.

• Don't intentionally disrupt the Channel Beacon.

However, this IS where you can come to vent about work with colorful language, or tell a dirty joke so long as it doesn't cause conflicts in the channel.  

Just remember..  We're here to laugh, have a good time, and get geeky. 

Now, here's a list of CAN DO's:

• You CAN discuss other channels, and even bring them up by name. Hell, there's even a page on this site dedicated to this.

• You CAN stay logged into the channel forever. You will not get booted for this.

• You CAN sit there in the channel and not say anything. We support people who only want to listen. 

• You CAN discuss politics so long as it doesn't start heated arguments.

• You CAN discuss religion so long as it doesn't start heated arguments. 

ACCIDENTS HAPPEN:

• If you find yourself booted or muted from the channel for no reason at all, it could totally be an accident. It's happened before.....    For example: I've fallen asleep with my phone in hand and just started randomly clicking stuff in my sleep lol   Next thing I know, I've kicked several people out of the channel.
